This is the atlantic ocean. You can also find some nice shells here, but the water is rather cold.

Nice shells are able to be found but more importantly fantastic pictures are able to be taken. I love the lonely walker showing off how large this place is. Excellent job the textures in the sand are fantastic. Looks like low tide. Did you take any macros of the shells??

it is a great shot as it is, but, personally, i would prefer it without the person. just a sober and austere landscape. in any case, it's a good shot

Martin , great shot but i would put the horizon in parallel with the botton of the picture and don't put (again the horizon) in the middle of it.Since the beach texture is very nice i would move the horizon up, but be careful where that person would be left.I would dark the sky as well;

@FotoDelic: As regards the horizon I oriented myself at the beginning of the beach in the background because these hills get higher to the right. But one could also align the picture by the hills. Regarding the sky I have to say that it qould not look natural anymore if darkened. I have already darkened it andnow it is pretty close to as it was naturally. Thank you for your opinion, I'll try out what you recommended.
